Through Awakened Heart Healing, Lisa helps guide her clients in the process of opening up their hearts to the Divine knowing that every human being has access to. Most people have been hurt or wounded sometime in their life, causing them to close off their heart for fear of additional wounding. In doing so, we also close ourselves off to the goodness of life, to Divine soul love and acceptance of who we are.
Client need only show up and trust that they are safe and in good hands during a session. Lisa opens herself up to receive healing energy and divine guidance as to what is needed for that session. The channeling of healing energy brings what needs to be released to conscious awareness. By holding the intention of love and honor for yourself, you are better able to clear away old thought patterns, and make way for new and more supportive energies, bringing you balance and harmony in all areas of you life.
By releasing doubts and fears and staying centered in the awareness of Love, Spirit or your true self you will be able to better listen to your inner voice as constant guide in your day-to-day life.
