Early in life Lisa, who was a single parent, recognized the importance of having a support system and community she could trust and depend on. It is this understanding that has led her to her work as a healer and spiritual teacher and to opening a Healing Arts Center, and her dedication to supporting others on their spiritual journey.
Personally, Lisa has approached her spiritual life from a place of awareness and has nurtured it throughout her life. She has a gift for listening to people with her whole being, allowing her to connect on a deeper level to those she encounters. Lisa recognized the importance of finding her inner voice and using it to guide her everyday life.
In July of 2005, Lisa also took the plunge and left her corporate job making way for the creation of Ix Chel Healing Arts, Inc. Together with Carol she devoted her time and energy toward creating the vision and preparing herself for her work as a healer and spiritual teacher.
In Awakened Heart Healing sessions, Lisa helps guide her clients in the process of opening up their hearts to the Divine knowing that every human being has access to. This form of energy healing utilizes all of Lisa's gifts.
A fifth generation native of Colorado, Lisa's interests include music, animals and being in nature. Her greatest joys are experiencing life through her young grandson's eyes and riding her Harley in the mountains contemplating the mysteries of life. While Lisa loves her work, she knows how important it is to have a balance between family, play and work, and approaches life with a fun and playful attitude.
