Many people use meditation as a means to grow spiritually, or simply to create a sense of peace and well-being. We offer a variety of tools to enhance your meditation practice - a sampling of these items are shown below with a brief description of uses and benefits:
Candles can be used as a meditation tool designed to assist you in achieving your everyday desires. Whether you are seeking to improve, to change, to expand or to clear something in your life, you can use our colored unscented candles in your meditation practice. Either focus on the flame to quite your conscious mind or allow the color of the candle's healing properties to assist you in a current life issue.
Crystals are the blossoms of the mineralogical portion of Earth: the recognition of the beauty and loving energies of these forms can greatly enhance ones personal development. The energies of the mineral kingdom are "universal energies". When one contacts and is willing to receive this energy, and begins to exercise personal creativity by exercising the Higher Will, one can contact the energies from which the entire universe is comprised. This is what makes crystals so powerful for healing, balancing your energy, and helping achieve higher levels of awareness.
Singing bowls are played by hitting, striking, or slowly rubbing/stirring a wooden striker/mallet within or on the top outer surface of the bowl. When done correctly, the bowl will produce a continuous harmonic sound, said to be relaxing and good for the chakra. These bowls are used for meditation, yoga, healing, sound massage, sound therapy, and chakra balancing.
Incense has been used for thousands of years for their aromatherapy properties, in rituals, in smudging ceremonies, and for purification purposes.
